Head Chef - Takuma Kurokawa
Born in Furano, Hokkaido. From an early age, he loved traveling, and the food cultures he encountered in various places eventually nurtured his passion for cooking.
「Cooking is about experiencing the essence of a place.」
With this belief in mind, he chose the path of a chef, aiming to create dishes that
leave a lasting impression.
After honing his skills in Tokyo for over 20 years, he pursued an expression that blends Japanese techniques with French sensibilities. As the head chef at CONDAD, he values the bounty nurtured by Hokkaido's nature and the connections with honest producers, delivering dishes rooted in Japanese tradition that can only be found here.

we have carefully crafted each dish, listening to the voices of the ingredients and utilizing the
