CONDAD is located approximately 3 hours by car from New Chitose Airport and just 30 minutes from Asahikawa Airport.
Nestled at the gateway to Daisetsuzan National Park, CONDAD is conveniently located near famous attractions such as Asahidake and Sounkyo Gorge, offering breathtaking views of the changing seasons throughout the year. Daisetsuzan Country Club and Daisetsuzan Kurodake Ski Resort are just a 7-minute drive away, and free shuttle service is available from CONDAD.
The nearest city is Asahikawa, which is approximately a 50-minute drive from Asahikawa Station. For those arriving by train, we offer a free shuttle service from Asahikawa Station to CONDAD.
We also arrange private hire cars and taxis from Asahikawa Airport. For a comfortable transfer, please feel free to consult us about our dedicated shuttle service.
There are two main routes from New Chitose Airport to CONDAD. Both take about three hours. The most common route is via the Hokkaido Expressway through Asahikawa City. This comfortable expressway ride will get you there smoothly.
The other is a scenic route that passes through Biei and Furano. You can enjoy the seasonal flower fields and hilly landscapes, making the drive itself a part of your journey.
If you are coming from Asahikawa Airport, the journey takes approximately 30 minutes, making it very convenient. Rental cars are available at both New Chitose Airport and Asahikawa Airport.
During the winter, some roads may be closed due to snow, so we recommend using the Chuo
Expressway and traveling via Asahikawa.

JR Hokkaido operates several express trains per day from Sapporo Station and New Chitose Airport Station to Asahikawa Station. The journey from Sapporo to Asahikawa takes approximately 2 hours, and from New Chitose Airport to Asahikawa takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, including transfers. (Travel times may vary depending on departure times and connections.)
From Asahikawa Station to CONDAD, it is approximately a 50-minute drive by car. We offer a free shuttle service from Asahikawa Station, so please feel free to use it. If you wish to use this service, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
